We had a fabulous time. The house is so close to Disney and Universal. The pool was great and the house was very clean! We will recommend this to all our friends and will defintely stay here again when we come back to Disney!

Hi. We stayed at the villa for our second time and enjoyed it as much as the first time. It was just as I remembered. Great location to all the parks and a lovely spacious home to return to after a long day at the parks. We brought our friends with us this time and they thought it was Fab.. We stayed in the house during our family Disney vacation. Everything in the home was absolutely beautiful. It is very nicely located and easy to get to all the parks we visited in a short amount of time!! I will definitely recommend this property to any others planning a family vacation to Disney! The private pool for our family was extremely enjoyable!

we had a excellent vacation at your wonderful villa over thanksgiving, what a great location. quick and easy to get to Disney and Sea World, and the pool was the best, the kids were in there every day, there is nothing better than grilling burgers and eating them poolside. everyone had a blast, we hope to do it again real soon.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying at your beautiful villa. I was just viewing the villa pictures at your website, and it makes me miss the time that we spent there. We came home with so many wonderful memories of Disneyworld and wonderful memories of spending time with our family at your villa. Our preschooler wanted to take the house home with her! She loved having the Disney room as her own place to relax. It was nice being able to cook some meals and do laundry. Staying at the villa was very convenient. We loved being close to Disneyworld, with the luxury of relaxing in a quiet home.

We vacationed at your beautiful villa in July 2006. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa was spacious, CLEAN,and very accessible to all of the attractions close enough to get there quickly and far enough away from all of the noise and hoopla to relax! We all enjoyed the beautiful and refreshing pool after a long day at the parks and also to unwind in the evening. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and all of the toys. Thank you for making it available. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast there every day sometimes a late night snack also. We appreciated the extra towels and washer and dryer, hair dryer also. It was just wonderful! Hope to someday return as there is so much to do and see! Thanks, again!

The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of room for every . No laundry detergent, papertowels(even a half role left from previous renters. These are not things you think to bring when flying to a vacation home. The only thing I found to be inconvenient was that there was no dish detergent or even a sponge. I have never rented a home that didn't at least supply dish detergent and a sponge.

Unlike most areas of the country Florida vacation rentals need a Hotel License to operate. Because we are a hotel we cannot leave partially used items in teh villa between stays thus: We answer this question on the FAQ page of our website with the following answer 'The Villa is furnished and fully equipped. There are two sets of sheets for each bedroom and two sets of towels for each bathroom. All kitchen utensils and equipment is provided including, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, bake ware, and plastic pool dishes. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and washer and dryer in the Villa. The Villa equipped with small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for your comfort upon arrival. Other than that the place was great. You couldn't beat the location. We would definetly rent again.

Your villa was everything you said it would be and more. We absolutely loved it. It was so close to Disney parks, shopping and restaurants. The villa was spacious and clean and even beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool everyday and every night especially after hitting the parks. The PS2 was a great bonus as well as the computer. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who will listen! I personally would love to go back and enjoy it again. Thank you so much for everything.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had in orlando.Your house was absolutely fabulous.We had seen the pics before we went but when we arrived , both my daughter and myself walked in and said "WOW".The grand children had so much fun in the pool (and so did we...lol)We felt so much at home.Everything was in the house that we needed..................no need to pack extra towels, hairdryers, irons, etc.......and our grandson loved the Mickey Mouse room,also the extra information provided............in the book on the breakfast bar.We would also like to thank you for your help and advice before we arrived. A truly wonderful time...............as as you will have read in the visitors book in the villa, our daughter and family intend to come back. Thankyou so much

We stayed at the house for one week in July. We were empressed with how nice it was. We really felt comfortable being there.

Even though it rained every day, the kids still spent a tone of time in the pool.

I would recommend staying there to anyone.

What a fantastic villa! We LOVED the shortcut back entrance to Disney so thanks for letting us in on the secret! Our 6 and 4 year old just loved their room and the surprise of having some toys, books and videos there for them. We also had everything we needed for our 6 month old baby too. Pool was great to have after the hot days at the parks. We highly recommend this villa, especially to those with young families
